帶有高比例白色石灰岩的緣故，Tête Du Clos的礦物感，帶出精彩的酒體中段以及爽脆的高酸度。同時水果的香氣十分成熟，散發洋梨、蜂蜜漬檸檬、白桃、新鮮薄荷及白花。兩種特色同時存在，對比架構出充滿張力的口感。
