The peak is asymmetric: a near vertical limestone wall on the north face, dropping a thousand feet, and a long gentle alpine meadow on the south. The Dolomites are the Triassic reef sediments of an ancient tropical sea, now sitting in the air. Evan shoots up the gentle face into the cliff.
