Filling unit is not working but it moves smoothly and it appears to be all there, perhaps requiring r winding of it's string packing. There is personalization on the gold inlayed shield on the back of the cap ("CED"). THE NIB IS A WARRANTED 14K in medium fine on a Parker Factory nib grader.
