This would have been found on pretty much any MerCruiser MIE GM (I think some early Ford models as well) inboard engine using the 814309A1 Flywheel Housing 1969 & Up

This was found on a handful of stuff from 1983-1998 and is generally called the "New Design" Cover

but the hoses here are pretty much exclusively for a 4bbl V8 Ford Engine 190hp 302 or 250hp 351

There was another edition of this that had a splined shaft
