風土：馬恩河橫貫香檳區，自古便是法國北部最重要的交通要道，將名流貴族喜愛的香檳送往巴黎。沿岸景色迷人，發展也相當繁榮。東邊Aÿ 附近延續漢斯山區的白堊土，適合種植黑皮諾與夏多內。往西，土壤中的黏土與砂質比例增加，成為慕尼耶最適合生長的地區。多間小農香檳在此地釀造出以慕尼耶為主的精采香檳。

全數來自從1982年起的Solera系統，再導入4500公升的橡木桶培養，結束後進行二次瓶陳。以「Mémoire /記憶」為酒名，象徵窖陳基酒乘載40年以上的歷史。
