Description

堅果油、柑橘類水果、蘋果與丁香。酒體強大豐富，年輕時具有衝擊性的口感，明顯需要忍耐等候足夠的陳年窖藏。

單一葡萄園座落於海拔280公尺的丘陵，面朝西南表層為砂質土，底下富含石塊與砂岩，50歲老藤，依葡萄品種分別採收，置於控溫的不銹鋼槽內進行發酵，採用淋汁方式萃取，後轉至大型橡木桶發酵，新桶比例約40%，窖藏約15個月，裝瓶後再進行一年的瓶中熟成才出廠。
